All ESLPod.com lessons, including PDF, MP3, video, and other files and services sold here are copyrighted by the Center for Educational Development.

You agree that if purchase a Unlimited English Membership, that this service is primarily for streaming only (except on certain iOS apps). You also agree that once your membership expires, you will no longer be able to access any lessons from the membership.

You agree to use all materials for your personal use only, or, if you are a teacher of English, in your physical classroom only.

"ESLPod" is a registered trademark.

Files sold or distributed here cannot be re-distributed, posted, sold, shared, or placed on another server without the express written permission of the Center for Educational Development, Inc.

  1. Permission is granted to English Collections, Special Courses, and Select English customers to download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
      1. modify or copy the materials;
      2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
      3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s web site;
      4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

  3. Unlimited English members are not permitted to download any files for offline use, EXCEPT by means of the Teachable.com iOS app. Files downloaded are only available while the user is a paying member of Unlimited English.
